 pport/help provided by healthcare professionals. This qualification covers
  the content within the level 1 and 2 qualifications\, however\, is aimed 
 at supervisory level within the workplace including trainers and assessors
 . Duration: This course if for a minimum of 12 hours and can be completed 
 face to face or via a distance learning delivery option. Please note you a
 re booking two days for this course with the dates detailed above undernea
 th the main title. The timings of the course are usually from 9am until 4p
 m on both days\, unless otherwise stated. Certification: Assessment is com
 pleted via a range of methods including practical and questioning (open an
 d multiple choice). Upon successful completion the certificate is valid fo
 r three years from the achievement date\, where the learner will receive a
  Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health. The learner wil
 l need to complete the full course again to requalify for a further three
